Ingredients:

chocolate or chocolate chip biscotti

carton (14 fl. oz.) Häagen-Dazs® Pistachio Ice Cream
1/2
cup hot fudge ice cream topping, warmed

Preparation:
1. Just before serving, arrange 2 biscotti on each serving plate, crossing two ends at an angle.
2. Place 1 scoop (1/2 cup) of ice cream between the biscotti. Drizzle 2 tablespoons hot fudge topping over biscotti and ice cream. Serve immediately.
