Ingredients:

cups sparkling water, chilled 3/4
cup hazelnut-flavored non-dairy liquid coffee creamer 2
teaspoons raspberry-flavored coffee syrup 2
cups fresh raspberries 1
carton (14 fl. oz.) Häagen-Dazs® Coffee Ice Cream, slightly softened*
Whipping cream, whipped, if desired
Fresh mint leaves, if desired
Additional fresh raspberries, if desired

Preparation:
1. In blender container, combine all ingredients; blend at medium speed for 30 to 40 seconds or until smooth. Garnish with whipped cream, fresh mint and raspberries, if desired. 4 servings
TIP: * To soften ice cream, place container in the refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes OR until easy to scoop.
